Scope of this policy
This policy covers personal data collected through this marketing website only. It does not cover the separate CoreAlign application used by customers, which is governed by its own privacy notice and data processing agreement provided when you become a customer.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, work email address, business type, approximate team size, and any free-text answers or messages you choose to include. We do not collect payment or card details through this website. Our hosting provider may also collect standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.
How we use your information, and our legal basis
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, where you’ve opted in, to send you occasional product updates. Responding to enquiries relies on our legitimate interest in providing information you’ve requested and, where relevant, on taking steps towards a contract at your request. Sending product updates relies on your consent, given via the checkbox on the contact form, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We share enquiry data with the service providers we use to run this website and process the contact form,currently WordPress.com/Jetpack infrastructure, provided by Automattic, and our email provider, used to route your enquiry to us. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
International transfers
Some of the service providers above may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards, typically no longer than 24 months, unless you become a customer,in which case retention is governed by our customer agreement,or we’re required to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.
