Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often about CoreAlign.
Frequently asked questions
What is CoreAlign?
CoreAlign is a universal business management platform that brings customers, work, appointments, actions, documents and reporting together, configured around how your business operates.
Is CoreAlign built for a specific industry?
No. CoreAlign is deliberately universal, businesses configure their own approved terminology, workflows and optional modules rather than being fitted into someone else’s industry template.
Can CoreAlign replace our current spreadsheets and tools?
That’s the goal, bringing the information currently spread across spreadsheets, inboxes and separate tools into one connected system.
Is CoreAlign a no-code database or page builder?
No. CoreAlign is a configured business management platform, not an open-ended database or page-building tool. Configuration is controlled and kept in a separate administration area.
How do we migrate our existing data?
Data migration is discussed as part of onboarding once we understand what systems you’re moving from.
Who can see our data inside CoreAlign?
Access is controlled by role, so people on your team only see what’s relevant to their work.
Does CoreAlign integrate with other tools?
Integration needs are discussed during onboarding, see the Bespoke Solutions page for how specialist tools can connect to your CoreAlign records.
How do we get started?
Request early access and we’ll walk you through discovery, configuration, onboarding and go-live together.
